PLEASE NOTE: Series of scams - bogus orders

We have received information about a series of scams in which bogus orders are currently being generated in the name and on behalf of the Alfred Wegener Institute. These bogus orders are being sent using a fake e-mail address.

The basic e-mail address is max.mustermann@awi.de

Additions or attachments such as @awi-zpm.de are not used by the AWI.

We therefore ask you to pay particular attention, especially if these orders contain a different delivery address. If you receive such an order and are unsure, please contact our purchasing department.
