13 double rooms (available for single use) and 6 single rooms, divided into furnished 2- and 3-person shared apartments.

Each apartment has a kitchen that is shared within the apartment. The bathroom and toilet are also shared within the apartment.

The UlmenHaus is about a 13-minute walk from Bremerhaven Central Station (approx. 950 m). Alternatively, there is a bus from the central station to the Elbinger Platz stop, just one stop away. The following lines stop there: 503 (“Leherheide”), 505 (“Langen/Debstedt”), 506 (“Leherheide Ost”), 507 (“Spaden”), 508 (‘Leherheide’), 509 (“Imsum”) and the Moonliner ML heading north.
