Alfred Wegener Institute in Bremerhaven hosted the 2018 conference of the German section of the International Society for Endocytobiosiys The meeting took place at the Schifffahrtsmuseum directly at the River Weser in walking distance to the city center, serveral hotels, the Weser Beach, and the AWI. We had a lot of interesting talks and posters, two great keynote lectures, delicious food at the conference dinner, great sunsets at the waterfront.
