Research interests
My major focus are phage-host Interactions under changing temperature conditions. My focus is on animal-pathogenic and environmental Vibrios, but I am also looking into human-pathogenic Vibrios and their occurence in German coastal waters. In addition, I am interested in blooming bacteria and the impact of phages during these events.
