Sustainable Nutrition

The Aquaculture Research group works on development of future diets for finfish by testing alternative diet ingredient resources and additives.

The group also evaluates optimal culture conditions for new and established candidates and the development of handling and husbandry components for humane and profitable fish farm management.

The search for alternative nutrient sources, especially protein for aquaculture diets, is unrelenting. We work closely with a wide variety of raw materials providers/producers, as well as specialist product suppliers, to develop and test new products on a wide variety of aquaculture species.
