Out of university into AWI...
The Alfred Wegener Institute (AWI) is connected to numerous colleges and universities in many ways. Opportunities therefore arise for students to join the institute already during their studies.
You can either carry out an internship related to your studies, start as a student assistant (HiWi), write your graduate thesis (e.g. bachelor or master's thesis) or work towards a doctoral degree. Please follow the blue links to find the right contacts and pave your personal way to AWI.
As university lecturer you may use the training facilities for your own university courses and seminars at our sites on the islands of Helgoland and Sylt.
