Information Polarstern Expedition
- Please send actual forms for each expediton and cruise leg, even if you are a repeater.
- All forms must be sent to the AWI Logistics department as signed originals by mail. PDF-files are not effectual.
- Please fill in all forms thoroughly to avoid unnecessary questions, misunderstandings or delays preparing the expedition.
- Please send in all forms in time according to the given deadlines for each expedition. Late delivery might have consequences with respect to the delivery of your freight or your participation in the expedition.
- Your contacts are the AWI Logistics dept. and the Chief Scientist (Fahrtleiter). Please do not make any arrangements with the ship's crew or the shipping company. Unannounced freight/parcels will not be accepted on board.
