Repositories for Publications and Primary Data
Scientists at AWI are committed to archive and share their scientific accomplishments in the form of publications and associated primary data. The long-term archival and availability of these items are guaranteed by the Computing and Data Centre of the Alfred Wegener Institute in the context of safegurading good scientific practice. The following repositories are available:
1. ePIC (electronic Publication Information Center) is a repository for publications and presentations. ePIC offers metadata expressed in qualified dublin-core format for all archived items, and, when available, links to full text and related primary data archived in Pangaea. Read more
2. PANGAEA (Publishing Network for Geoscientific & Environmental Data) is a repository for georeferenced data from earth and environment. Each dataset can be identified, shared and published by a persistent Digital Object Identifier (DOI). Read more
