Intertidal excursions

Please note the safty regulations for excurions to the Helgoland intertidal. Every visiting scientist and responsible for academic courses has to sign a declaration (pdf download here) prior to entering the intertidal area. Signed declarations need to be passed on to our administration desk (Mrs. Böhmer or Mr. Jacobsen, Tel. -3282) before the first excursion.

Ammunition detection

In case of sighting ammunition in the intertidal, please fill out the following form (pdf download here) immediately after returing from your excursion to the Biologische Anstalt Helgoland and pass it on to the administration desk (Mrs. Böhmer or Mr. Jacobsen, Tel. -3282).
