The garage underneath the platform contains storage, waste and fuel containers. In addition, it serves as space for the numerous vehicles, ranging from Pistenbullies to motor sleds to a rotary snowplough.

The 16 hydraulic jacks of the station are also located within the garage, using the base as a solid ice foundation.
