Access to AWIPEV-Base
The French - German Arctic Research Base AWIPEV is open for German and French projects.
Project proposals have to be submitted annually until end of September for the season beginning April of the following year.
Proposals are evaluated for their scientific merit and technical feasibility by a joint French-German advisory board.
French projects have to be submitted via IPEV, German projects have to be submitted to the Koldewey-Secretariat at AWI in Potsdam.
Next proposal deadline is 30. Sept. 2012.
The proposal must be prepared in English.

We expect that only proposals from institutions with affiliation in France or Germany will be approved.
