The Information Desk is to be found on the half-round Weser side of the building or the right-hand stairwell.

This is where to go for problems and questions. Should you have need of assistance with library copy machines, computers, printers, binding machines, etc.  then please ask here. The Information Desk is staffed during the service hours.
