In August 2004 with the admittance of HIGHSEA III the project reached its full size. At any given time we are now working with three age groups: one in grade 11, one in grade 12 and one in their final year - grade 13.

HIGHSEA I
Admittance in August 2002 - final exams (Abitur) in June 2005;
... Unfortunately we did not include expeditions in our program at that time.

HIGHSEA II
Admittance in August 2003 - final exams (Abitur) in June 2006
Expedition to Svalbard (Arctic) in August 2005
This group was part of the external evaluation through the University of Duisburg-Essen teilgenommen.

HIGHSEA III
Admittance in August 2004 - final exams (Abitur) in summer this year
Expedition to the seamounts Ampere and Seine in the eastern Atlantic (Feb. 2006)
This group was part of the main study of our external evaluation through the University of Duisburg-Essen.

HIGHSEA IV
Admittance in February 06 - now in grade 12

Admittance in August 2006 - now in grade 11
