Students licenced as German or European scientific diver are welcome for training dives at the AWI/BAH center for scientific diving. The stay at  Helgoland should be scheduled for at least one week to allow a safe and sound training.

Students licenced as German or European scientific diver are welcome to do their student research project (Semesterarbeit) at the AWI/BAH center for scientific diving.

A student research project should last at least 4-5 weeks and must be embedded in the bachelor or master curriculum of a German or European university.
